I’m not really sure if this is supposed to be a recipe I’ve created myself or one that’s an old family secret or something… but I don’t have one of those anyway. Instead, here is a link to a recipe on the BBC Food site (which has just about any recipe you could ever want) for crème brûlée - my absolute favourite dessert. Nom.
